Yup! In a couple of months, you can have a business model in place, up and running. You might be thinking “Why would I do that?” “Why would I give up my steady job?” “Is it possible for me to do it?”
So I grabbed a cup of matcha and sat down to write 5 reasons why you definitely should start a virtual coaching business!

There has never been a more perfect time to say goodbye to your 9-5 and say hello to your virtual business. Working remotely has changed the world and it can change your life too. Now YOU have the opportunity to connect with people around the world and teach them your skills from anywhere in the world. TODAY you can become an entrepreneur and be your own boss!

You may be thinking that building an online business is costly and time consuming. But rather, it is extremely inexpensive. Especially if you use the right platforms and put in place a well-thought strategy.

Talking from experience, I have never been happier with my life + work balance! There are countless benefits you get to have with this business model. From earning additional income to choosing where and how to work, and much more. So I want to share with you what I have learned throughout the years and how you can skyrocket your potential!

1. Time Freedom

This is one of my favorite reasons to work remotely and it speaks for itself! Working online gives you the flexibility no other job does. And then again, it all depends on how you manage and want to organize your time.

This business model has given me the freedom to travel to new countries, try out new experiences and meet new people. Overall it has opened my eyes and given me more work opportunities than ever before. This doesn’t mean that I will work as little as possible or I won’t work at all. It simply means: working differently, or as I like to call it, working strategically.

I can organize my tasks in order to have the best results while working 5 hours a day, 4 days a week. Three ways to do this are: dividing your day by tasks or themes, scheduling 2 hours a day for answering emails and setting time to rest and learn.

Time freedom has a huge plus: time to travel and schedule flexibility. When I am traveling I prioritize both: work and enjoying my time off (resting) while getting to know the place I am visiting. This I find essential to my well being and productivity. This mindset will not make you feel guilty for making time to meet with friends and family, which I wasn’t able to do before.

This connects me with the following reason… You are not fixed to an hourly rate! Because of the fact that you can decide how much you work, you are also able to grow your business as much as you want, and my favorite part: as fast as you want. This opens plenty of room for you to skyrocket your business. It all depends on how you manage your time and productivity.

2. Scalability

Having an online business comes with “low” costs and has the potential to generate higher profits than your regular monthly income. Using your time and resources strategically will allow you to grow faster and purposefully, leaving no limit on how much you can expand your business.

As most of you know, I live in New York but I get to work everywhere in the world, with as many clients as I want. The amount my business can grow is ENDLESS! When you work virtually, your business has the capacity of running even when you are offline. With the right strategy, you can create passive income from products you already have in place. This means that you don’t necessarily need to be “virtually present” for customers to purchase your products and services.

Now you may be thinking about “stability”. Good news is, this part truly depends on you and the tools you are implementing. This business model does take some time and work to build. So over the years I have compiled what truly works, what mistakes to avoid and the priorities you need to focus on at each step of your growth. This year I will be opening 50 spots for the 1st english version of THE VIRTUAL COACH ACADEMY. Sign up on the right top corner to be on the waiting list.

3. Access to a worldwide market

Working remotely, doesn’t tie you to a desk or place. You can work anywhere in the world where you can bring your laptop! And not just you, but your team as well. This means two things: you can find/partner with the best people to work with in the business and you can get clients from all around the world. I have clients from 20+ countries, something I did not think was possible and have been able to meet some of them in person while traveling.

Your business “goes” everywhere with you! Whether you are visiting family and friends, on vacation, you move somewhere else… you get to work anytime, anywhere.

This usually helps you be more productive. As you are the one choosing your location, you become more comfortable and figure out what routines and places work for you.

Right now I live in New York and throughout the year I have had the opportunity to work from Mexico, France, Spain, Guatemala (Yes! I had the opportunity to work even the week I got married in Antigua!) and many amazing places it has allowed me to visit. My team also has the opportunity to travel while working, how awesome!

4. Extremely inexpensive

Starting your online business doesn’t actually cost a lot of money. In fact, it just takes a small investment, not to say just your own computer! Many fellow virtual coaches who offer their products and services online have started building their empire businesses with low to none costs at all. The reason for this is that you get to set up your business account, blog and website most of the time for free.

I started…

my online account with instagram and then I began increasing the traffic to my page and managed to grow my amazing community. After a while I felt the need to establish a webpage to offer my services therefore, I hired someone that helped me. In fact, I started with a loan of $2,500 and to my surprise, in three months I was making triple that amount. I was able to get certified, build an online program, build my brand (logo, colors), put a website in place and so on…

Furthermore, being online is a huge plus because you have almost no marketing costs to promote your brand and there are many ways you can do this. One of my favorites is to partner with other virtual coaches and brands that have the same values as my company. Partnerships and collabs help you get exposed to new audiences and possible clients!

Now, talking about technical skills… Some people think that to start your business, you need to have everything set up and every single platform, so your business can run smoothly. Actually, most of these platforms have a low cost or none at all! With time and experience you will need something more sophisticated to carry out your business, BUT you will also be able to invest a little bit more. The profits that you get from it are way higher than the costs.

After a while I was able to start building the lifestyle I needed to focus on the things I love. I feel lucky to say that I was also able to hire 2 more people to my team and now we are a team of FOUR! Looking back I see how much my business has grown.

5. Financial freedom

Having an online business might seem overwhelming due to finances and technology. But there are very much less fixed monthly costs, in comparison to a physical business. Building your virtual coaching strategy has never been easier. Most of the platforms my team and I use are the free version, and they do an amazing job i.e: Slack, Asana, among others. There are no extra fees for utilities, rent, amenities, etc, making your return on investment a lot higher.

Being online and having your brand exposed to millions of people on the internet nowadays, has never been easier. The financial freedom it gives you is priceless. You can decide when and how much to work. This means, you can manage your own profits from month to month. Sometimes you might want to increase the amount of services you provide to earn more money or if you feel the need to rest and relax, you can do so too!

Bottom line is, you have no fixed income and work times. Which allows you to work more effectively, thus building your company exponentially.

You may be thinking that building an online business is costly and time consuming but actually for those looking to build it is extremely inexpensive and if you use the right platforms and put in place a well-thought strategy, it is easy to get started as well.

Talking from experience, I have never been happier with my life + work balance! There are countless benefits you get to have with this business model, from earning additional income to choosing where and how to work, and much more.
